Hard Disk Diagnostics Free Downloads

Gathers technical information about your PC. PC Diagnostics Freeware 1.0.0.8 PC Diagnostics Freeware is a tool that gathers important information about your computer so that you can save it, print it, or email it to your troubleshooting IT specialist, computer technician, or software programmer. Much of the information gathered through this software is too complicated for the average user, however we were careful to make the interface as easy and friendly to use as possible.

Your PC Diagnostics Freeware 1.0.0.8 is a one click software that helps me see what I need to know inside my computer. However, I want more than this info. I also am interested on how can I upgrade/improve my old PC by myself. Can you include in your next diagnostics things like memory-mappings and speedups, and with extra column for upgrades suggestions? Thank you very much for this software.

Monitors of hard disk SMART attributes. Active@ Hard Disk Monitor 3.1.9 Active@ Hard Disk Monitor is a disk utility that monitors the status of your hard drives and scan for bad sectors. It is based on the Self-Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology. This utility monitors HDD SMART parameters like Temperature, Head Flying Height and Spin-Up Time to notify a user if critical conditions occur. Disk Monitor also displays hard disk drive geometry, time of usage and the overall status of the disk's health.

it does not repair bad sector.

Advantage: nicely made program, has all the features that are needed to monitor HDD temperature. Was easy to install and administer while, at the same time, quiet easy to read and uderstand. Has some valuable HDD check tools integrated with scheduling option. Disadvantage: does not support SCSI disks.

Excellent program. It does well exactly what it claims to do. Also it is user friendly and the graphical display of the information is most pleasing and attractive. Thanks for this useful free product.

Hard disk drive Health monitor program CompuApps DriveSMART V1 V1.10 DriveSMART is an essential tool to report the health of your hard disk drive and can be used in tandem with CompuApps DriveWizard to save the contents of your hard disk drive before it crashes! DriveSMART utilizes the S.M.A.R.T. technology to track the status of the computer hard disks. Its main goal is to detect and anticipate any problems that are about to occur on your hard disk, in a timely manner allowing you to save your precious data.

DriveSmart Program gives a summary of the health of the hard drive. May alert to imminent failure. We have a lot of older machines on which I am using it. It runs in the background and does not seem to bog down the processor. It does not explain the attributes it monitors.

An error. It is a good product, I like it. But I found an error of this program: I set enable critical temperature warning at 40C. But when my computer was 43C, I did not get warning message. Is this a bug in software? Thank you. Matthew.

Cool Little App, Great to come across a little app that can help me monitor my drives. Suspected something was wrong with them and think they might have been overheating a bit so have now made a plan to get them some ventilation. Thanks guys! If I had one complaint though - it's too flippin' long! As in, the software interface is too long for my screen. Maybe i've got a teeny screen or something but I can't get it to show the whole thing on one screen. Which is a little frsutrating. Can't even grip it and scroll it up off the ...

Suggestion When the temperature threshold is crossed, there needs to be more of a notification, maybe change the systray icon color to red, or add an exclamation point, or something.

Second Time User The first time, the software was causing my machine to lock up. I've repartitioned my 1 physical drive as 1 logical drive, and it seems to be working better. So far, no lock-ups
